Returns & Exchanges

At MACK, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
